[Diary Point = Reporter Park Bo-young] The children’s series Doozy’s Dog House premieres on Netflix November 9. Netflix Korea lists it as suitable for all ages and categorizes it as children’s content. Netflix’s official new-release guide describes the show as a mixed-media series set in the world of Gabby’s Dollhouse, with Gabby’s younger sister, Doozy, taking center stage.

Doozy loves dogs and lets her creativity and imagination run wild with her puppy pals. Netflix lists friendship, pets and children’s music among the show’s themes. According to DreamWorks’ official description, Doozy’s best dog friend is Furgi. Along with the Doozy Dogs, she plays at being doctors or secret agents, puts on fashion shows and chases after mischievous hamster pups.

Familiar faces from Gabby’s Dollhouse also drop by Doozy’s play space. DreamWorks says Doozy’s big sister Gabby and the Gabby Cats have a “Puppy Cat Playdate” with her dog friends. Netflix’s media center describes Gabby’s Dollhouse as a mixed-media series in which viewers open surprise boxes and enter an animated world inhabited by cats, showing how the new series carries forward the original show’s playful format and world.

Celestina Harris voices Doozy, with Traci Paige Johnson and Jennifer Twomey credited as creators. The pair also co-created Gabby’s Dollhouse. Netflix says the series’ first 13 seasons have amassed more than 670 million views since 2024, and season 14 reached No. 4 on Netflix’s Global Top 10. Those figures reflect the success of the show from which the new series grows.

A season one trailer is already available on Netflix’s title page, offering a preview of the show ahead of its debut. Before the premiere, Universal Kids Resort in the U.S. held a Doozy-themed event from October 23 to 25. The resort’s official announcement said visitors could meet Doozy, get an early look at part of the new series, and take part in crafts and a scavenger hunt.

In South Korea, the series will be available on its Netflix title page starting November 9. The release is listed for Monday, though the page does not specify an exact Korea time. DreamWorks’ official show page also gives November 9 as the release date.
